Beef and Stir Fried Vegetables



This is a quick, healthy, and very simple recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 12 oz mixed veggies of your choice (I like to use, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
  • 1/2 C teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium pan on medium high heat.
  2. Add beef and stir for about 7 minutes
  3. Add garlic and ginger and stir. cook until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add vegetables, stir and let it cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables start to get tender.
  5. Add Teriyaki sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
